We will gladly accept all returns within 45 days of your receiving the light in conjunction with the postage date on return package, and in resalable, good condition. Damages incurred in and during transit due to improper packaging are not covered by the warranty. Shipping costs are not covered by any policies.

We guarantee the light unit for two years from date of purchase and the battery pack for one year from the date of purchase. We guarantee the proper function of the unit provided it is used as intended by the manufacturer and according to the instructions for use. Any faults or defects occurred during the guarantee period will be repaired free of charge provided they are caused by faults in material, design or workmanship. In the case of a complaint of a defect in the product, the buyer must prove that any such defect was present at the time the product was delivered. This guarantee excludes any defects which occur because of accidental damage, normal wear and tear, physical abuse, or incorrect use.

Warranty repairs can only be performed by Ultralight Optics Inc, or authorized agencies with original factory parts. Any unauthorized repairs that break the seal will void the warranty. For safety reasons, this product should be used only with accessories manufactured and sold by Ultralight Optics Inc. Any use of non-authorized accessories, or not following any of the instructions for use, or attempt to disassemble the product is done so at the operator's risk and voids the warranty.
